Armorel School District will be hosting a COVID Clinic on our school campus July 28th from 1pm to 3pm. This clinic is open to everyone (adult/child) and will be offering all 3 vaccinations (Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J) The clinic will be located in the Armorel High School Commons.

Congratulations to Lauren Lloyd on her 8th place finish in Color Photography at BETA Nationals! Lauren, Grayson Seibert, and Lilly Miller all placed at the BETA State Convention and traveled to Orlando to compete at the national level.
High School Registration: 11th and 12th Grade (July 28, 9am-3pm), 9th and 10th Grade (July 29, 9am-3pm), 7th and 8th Grade (July 30, 9am-12pm) New Student Registration (July 30, 12pm-3pm)
Elementary Registration: Grades 1-2 - July 27; grades 3-4 - July 28; grades 5-6 - July 29 from 8:30-2:30. Any grade on July 30. $30 for school supplies. KG may enroll on any day. See attachment for more details.

Andrew Culp completed his Certificate of General Studies through the Nucor Diploma Squared Scholarship! He completed 31 college credits while in high school. Congrats Drew!!
Arkansas Northeastern College will offer a free ACT Prep class on Saturdays this summer. June 5, 2021-July 31, 2021 (no class July 3) at 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Students can register at www.anc.edu/communityed or by phone at 870-762-3168. Let ANC instructors and mentors help prep you for the ACT!
Kindergarten Registration May 25-26, 8:30 -1:30. Must have attained the age of 5, on or before August 1, 2021. $30 for school supplies, birth certificate, wellness, shot records, social security card, 2 receipts (electric, gas or water utility bills only). Child must be present.
As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to an end, I want to take one last opportunity to THANK our teachers at AHS with a gift. A slate coaster was presented to each teacher with their name and the Armorel School logo. Thank you Tammy Winstead with True Love Designs who engineered and created this for AHS.

Above is the link to purchase regional tournament tickets for baseball and softball. You can only buy tickets using this link. Tickets will not be available for purchase with cash. Baseball plays Viola at 3:00 and Softball plays Viola at 5:30. Both games will be played at ICC in Brockwell.
2021 Senior Athletes! 2021 Armorel Booster Club Scholarship forms need to be completed and returned to Mrs. Booker by Monday, May 10, 2021. You can pick up a copy of the application in Mrs. Booker's office.
Armorel Baseball wins via forfeit in the first round of the district tournament. We play Saturday morning at 10:00am vs Marked Tree at Marked Tree.
Baseball District Tournament Update! Due to wet playing conditions today's games will now be played at Marked Tree. Armorel vs Maynard at 3:00 and Hillcrest vs CRA at 5:00. We will update you on Saturday's games location and time this evening.
Today's District Baseball games have been postponed. Games will start tomorrow at 1:00 with Armorel vs Maynard and then Hillcrest vs CRA at 3:00. Softball District tournament starts tomorrow as scheduled with Maynard vs Marked Tree at noon, the winner of that game vs Mammoth Spring at 2:00, Hillcrest vs Armorel at 4:00 and the championship game at 6:00.
