Meet Ms. Krystal Parker, a junior high English teacher at the Armorel School District for 3 years! She loves helping students develop a passion for reading and writing through her English and Film as Literature classes. A proud graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and UCA, Ms. Parker brings her love of storytelling into the classroom. We are so grateful to have her as part of the Tiger family!

This week, journalism students had a chance to chat with Cash Gifford, a freshman on the Armorel junior high basketball team. With 11 years of experience, Cash’s passion for the game keeps him motivated. He admires Kyrie Irving and handles pressure by staying cool, calm, and collected. Also recognized for growth in a variety of areas on their ATLAS scores were Leilani Thomas, Jesus Vasquez, and Dazzlyn Williams. These students were in music class when group photos were taken this morning. Also, several other students had growth scores, but are not pictured due to scheduling conflicts: Willie Stallings, Leah Givens, Skylar Ashmore, Adrianna Robinson, Serenity Hensley, Jimena Bermudez and Baylee VanDyke.
