
We are proud to announce that the Armorel Tiger baseball team will be leaving for the state tournament tomorrow at 9:30am. We will assemble in front of the gym for the farewell send off. Wear your Tiger gear and come out to cheer them on!


The Armorel Athletic Banquet will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6 pm in the cafeteria.

Congratulations to the 2023 Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year, Coach Charles Brown. Coach Brown is a proud Alumni of Armorel High School and has invested in the lives of numerous generations of students throughout his 38 years teaching and coaching in the Armorel School District. Reminder:
All 7th-10th grade students will be required to bring their Chromebooks and MacBooks along with their chargers to school this morning.

K-3rd grade at Armorel Elementary School will go to the Zoo on Friday, May 5th, 2023 and 4th-6th Grade will go to the Zoo on Friday, May 12, 2023.

The baseball game that was scheduled for 4/21 at Hillcrest has been moved up to Wednesday 4/19. This is to get the game in before weather moves in on Thursday Night/Friday Morning.

Art and GT students at Armorel School District went on a field trip yesterday to tour the Arkansas State University Museum.

The Armorel School District is closely monitoring the threat of severe weather for this afternoon. Attendance will be excused if you feel more comfortable picking up your child. At this time, we are NOT looking at dismissing early. Depending on the timing of the storm, dismissal times could be altered. We will keep you updated on any changes as they are made.

A successful day for Armorel FBLA at the Arkansas State FBLA Conference. Emerson Speight was installed as District II VP, Sebastian Johnson-1st Place, Networking Infrastructure; Ashley Fosburg-1st place, Intro to Information Technology; and Aspen Gilliam-2nd place, Securities and Investments. They will head to Atlanta to compete this summer. Way to go!






The Armorel School District will be closed on Friday, April 7, 2023 for Good Friday.


Busy day for Armorel FBLA at the State Leadership Conference. Jr. High had 3 winners-Lilly Jackson & Lexi Wyatt 1st Plce in Critical Thinking and Allie Femera 2nd Place in Exploring Technolgy. In Sr. High, Holly Nixon was recognized for Who’s Who, Emerson Speight for BAA Contributior and our chapter won 1st Place for Chapter Marketshare. Individual awards are tomorrow. Way to go!









On Saturday, April 1st Mr. Appleby and Isabell Wicker represented Armorel School District in the Arkansas State University Museum's Through a Child's Eyes art exhibition. Isabell's artwork was submitted by Mr. Appleby. Congratulations to Isabell on winning 2nd place in her age division!
