Records to be Destroyed Armorel School District

State and Federal Guidelines require notice be given to parents and/or adult students prior to destruction of special education due process forms and records. Records must be destroyed six years after a student leaves the special education or speech therapy program. If you have a child who had been enrolled in special education or speech therapy in the Armorel School District, whose records are six years old, you have the right to pick up your child’s due process records prior to the designated destruction date. If your child is eighteen years old or older, he/she may pick up their records.

These records will be available for pick up at the district’s administrative office. Pick up dates and times are as follows:

October 21 – 25 ….….....8:00 am through 3:00 pm

If the times (note the dates) indicated above are not convenient for you, please leave a message at 870-763-6639. Someone will contact you in order to discuss a time which may be more convenient for you.

All records not picked up will be destroyed after Oct. 25, 2019
